Doctor

Dr Gary T Old grew up in New Boston, TX and graduated from New Boston High School.  He graduated from Texas A & M University with a DVM degree in 1988.

Professional: Enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine but his big passion is surgery including pain management.  Dr Old was named the Companion Animal Practitioner of the Year for the State of Texas, in 2011, by the Texas Veterinary Medical Association.

Hobbies: Trap Shooting, flying (an instrument rated private pilot), hunting, fishing and camping.  Dr Old and his wife Nell have two children, Travis and Mary Katherine who are both attending Texas A&M University, College Station, TX.  Whoop!  Dr Old enjoys spending time with his family.  He has been involved with Boy Scouts of America since 2002 and has served previously as Troop 86 Scoutmaster.
